<Monday &Friday> 1. Heamul pajeon - Seafood pancake with spring onion. 2. Bibimbab - Mixed rice what is one of the traditional and famous Korean food. 3. Bukumi - Korean crepes with nuts (for dessert). <Wednesday> 1. Kimchi - Spicy and fermented napa cabbage. 2 .Bossam - Napa wraps with simmered pork. 3. Doenjang guk - Soy bean paste soup. <Tuesday & Saturday> 1. Japche - sweet and savory dish of stir-fried glass noodles and vegetables. 2. Jeyuk bokum - Spicy stir-fried pork and vegetables. 3. Bukumi - Korean crepes with nuts (for dessert). <Thursday & Sunday > 1. Kimchi jeon - Kimchi pancake 2. Bulgogi - stir-fried beef with soy sauce. 3. Bukumi - Korean crepes with nuts (for dessert). After cooking we are going to the Namdeamun & Namdeamun market( that is one of the famous and biggest market in Seoul and has 600 years history.(it will take around 1 hour) Let's explore Seoul and Korean food this time !
