Pääsküla bog is over 5000 year old wetland that is situated on the edge of Tallinn. It is a perfect place to enjoy nature and a smell of fresh air. We walk along the boardwalk and little forest paths, explore the peat holes, beaver traces and see plants specific to the bogs. In the middle of the hike, we will climb to the observation tower to admire the beautiful bog landscape and have a picnic. There are also several springs on the way. Bog is especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset. In the summer time it is possible to see orchids, in the autumn do cranberry picking and in the winter see wild animals´ tracks. This nature walk takes 2-3 hours and is 5 km long. If you want tranportation from Tallinn, then this costs additional 5 euros (transportation available for max 4 people). This walk is guided by experienced nature guide and biologist.
